This is the teflon reel cut in half

Fitting in the drivers and using the CD-R King foams

The simplest config is the best sounding (at least for me) for this headphones.

Soundburger Headphones' Latest Look

After much experiments, I found out that the SBHP drivers prefer to sit near the ears to sound best.
I'll try to stitch some leather cover for it this weekend.
